Job Description

As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping families, individuals, and businesses recover excess proceeds resulting from property foreclosures. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients as a voice of restitution while assessing their needs and providing them with security and relief. Your ability to effectively communicate homeowner rights, case details, and company services will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients. Additionally, your strong communication skills will enable you to assist many people while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and acquiring reasonable compensation.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent client experience skills and a positive attitude. We offer in-depth training including helpful scripts and templates to ensure success and that all leads are provided for you. You will have the flexibility to set your own hours and truly experience work-life balance.

Although scripts are provided for convenience and success, we are not looking for people who can simply read a script. We are looking for patient, kind-hearted, and open-minded leaders who can empathize with their clients while also being able to think critically and adjust to new and unique situations.

We are committed to ensuring you have the knowledge and support to be successful in your role throughout your career as a Recovery Specialist. Our support starts from the first day of training and continues through weekly virtual team meetings and 1-on-1 coaching. And we know that you bring with you the one necessary ingredient that can’t be taught – a committed and passionate nature that will shine through as you help clients. Our TLB community is here for you as one dynamic family.
