Summary

Why We Do What We Do

The two heirs did not know what they were signing when they signed their rights away. The one heir that got their own attorney after the fact tried their best to reverse the mistake they made, but nothing could be done. Notice if you look through these court dockets, one heir was offered $1,000 and the other heir was offered $17,000. Box Suites, LLC invested $18,000 and received $47,694.42 as profit. They didn't even care about paying the heirs equally. This is how their game works. This company saw a manipulative investment opportunity and took advantage of these heirs dealing with the lost of their mother and possibly their family home.
